Tower 2 is a premier 216-unit condo tower community located on the 34-acre Towers of Quayside property on the waters of Biscayne Bay. Built in 1981, Tower 2 embodies the resort lifestyle and aesthetics of early 80’s Miami. However, don't let our exterior fool you. Through the leadership of our forward-thinking Board of Directors and our dedicated full-time staff of 18, Tower 2 has modernized its mechanical operations to bring this community into the 21st century.

Our mission is to enhance and preserve the quality of life and sense of community through proactive, effective, and efficient management of the Association, enforcement of rules and covenants to preserve property values, and support initiatives and capital improvements that benefit the greater good of the community.
